Moments from Our Fraternal Journey
Faith, Hope, and Charity
The Order of the Eastern Star is one of the largest fraternal organizations in the world to which both men and women may belong. It was established in 1850 by lawyer and educator Robert Morris, a noted Freemason. The order is based on teachings from the Bible, but is open to people of all religious beliefs.
The Eastern Star strives to take good people and through uplifting and elevating associations of love and service, and through precept and example, build an Order which is truly dedicated to charity, truth, and loving kindness.
The Order of the Eastern Star maintains that loving, fraternal relationships should exist among its members, making it a priority to provide aid when needed. Members are taught to be charitable and to work together in harmony. Through our work and fellowship, we are bound by the common ties of Friendship, Morality, and Love.
The Completion of the Master Mason
The Royal Arch is considered by many to be the completion of the Master Mason degree. It is the first and most important of the additional degrees in Freemasonry. Royal Arch Masonry teaches the importance of the search for Divine Truth and emphasizes the restoration of that which was lost.
The Chapter of Royal Arch Masons confers four degrees, each rich in symbolism and meaning, culminating in the exaltation to the degree of Royal Arch Mason.
It is the mission of the Supreme Grand Royal Arch to propagate the continued education, companionship, and socialization of the masonic fraternity. In doing so, we continue to make strides of Peace, Tranquility, and Love of the brotherhood, with charitable activities and donations to the Community in which we live in. Through its' Biennial convocations, the organization has and will make decisions of government and philanthropic work until the next biennial session through the performance of its' local city groups.
In Hoc Signo Vinces
The Knights Templar is a Christian-oriented fraternal organization based on the ancient organization that was founded in the 11th century. Unlike other Masonic bodies, membership requires a Christian faith and a belief in the Christian doctrine of the Trinity.
The Commandery confers three orders, collectively called the Order of the Temple, which tell the story of Christian chivalry and the defense of the Christian faith.
The Knights Templar degree emphasizes Christian virtues, particularly those of faith, hope, and charity. Through the orders, candidates learn lessons of courage, humility, and devotion to Christian principles. The culminating order, the Order of the Temple, celebrates the triumph of faith over adversity.
As Knights Templar, we are called to defend our faith, support our fellow knights, and live according to the highest Christian ideals. The motto "In Hoc Signo Vinces" (In This Sign Conquer) reminds us of our spiritual armor and eternal hope.

The Heroines of Jericho is an organization of women dedicated to promoting the principles of faith, hope, and charity. Our members exemplify strength, courage, and dedication in service to our communities and our fraternal family.
